One of the main things it will allow you to do is rate the responses of our staff. Based on such ratings we will be able to evaluate the helpfulness of our responses and see which areas of our service need improvement. Among other things, Kayako allows customers to keep track of their trouble tickets, access the knowledgebase articles and recommended downloads. |

| Posted by ARukhlin / 06/12/2006 Be advised that we do not allow any peer-to-peer network activities at ROUTHOST.COM. The things we do not allow specifically include "trackers", P2P message boards, P2P links on customer pages. Peer-to-peer networks are not illegal, but many people violate the law and disrupt our hosting service by mis-using them. By expressly prohibiting P2P on our servers we expect to improve the uptime and performance of the servers. |

| Posted by ARukhlin / 01/05/2006 You can now visit http://www.routhost.com/support.php to check the status of the server where your website is located. The table located in the bottom of the page is refreshed each time you reload the page. The status of a service is shown with a check (OK) or a cross (not responding). If you do not know on which server your website is located, login to the CPanel and check the account information on the left where is says "Shared Ip Address". Compare this address to the server addresses on the status page. If you have a dedicated IP, e-mail support to find out which server are you on. |

Each server is equipped with ultra-fast SCSI harddrive technology as opposed to previously used IDE. This is a huge leap in the development of our company and it makes us proud to provide you with an ever more reliable service from now on.
