As you have probably noticed, our help desk application and the billing system require two separate logins. You are not required to be able to login to the help desk, because you can simply send emails to support@routhost.com or customercare@routhost.com and they will be answered. However, many of you want to see the ticket history, etc, so you need to login to the help desk.
At this time there is no official integration for these two applications. We realize that this is an inconvenience and are looking out for a solution. Unfortunately, until the solution is found, you may need to maintain two accounts with us - one for the billing system, one for the help desk. You can register for the helpdesk account here:
