New helpdesk system

To provide our customers with better support, we have setup a new more powerful helpdesk system - Kayako. One of the main things it will allow you to do is rate the responses of our staff. Based on such ratings we will be able to evaluate the helpfulness of our responses and see which areas of our service need improvement. Among other things, Kayako allows customers to keep track of their trouble tickets, access the knowledgebase articles and recommended downloads.
